If your profile meets our criteria, you’ll receive an official approval along with further instructions. Please note that this process may take a few working days

Who Can Join?

We are looking for legally established and financially sound DMCs with a proven track record of professionalism and compliance. Members must be ready to:

  • Deliver top-quality services.
  • Uphold high standards of ethics and collaboration.
  • Actively contribute to the network’s growth and integrity.

How to Apply

To apply, you’ll need to submit a complete file including:

  • Company bylaws and legal structure.
  • Bank reference letter.
  • Company profile and tourism license.
  • Proof of liability insurance.
  • Declaration of current memberships in other networks.

Membership Fees

Members contribute a 1.5% commission on sales made through the network, with a minimum annual contribution of:

€500 (2025)
€1,000 (from 2026)(plus VAT, where applicable)

Additional Information

  • Membership is subject to ethical standards, and breaches may result in suspension or removal following review by the Management Committee.
  • The agreement is valid for one (1) year, with automatic renewal for two-year periods unless written notice is given.
  • Former members are restricted from working with any client or member of the network for three years post-termination, under specified conditions.
